Ain't that the truth rzza, it's almost funny. I will have nothing to do for 4 days then all of a sudden I have 3 16hour days in a row. There's going to be a week in November that's going to be a real bitch for me. I am going to have to harvest/trim/dry, take clones, plant the ready clones from a few weeks prior in 5 gallon pots, move a shitton of plants from one room to the next, and stay on top of the multiple feeding regiments I have to do. I bet I will spend over 100 hours that week.

By the way you say it only takes you 30min to feed your girls? You water by hand? If you're watering by hand and only taking 30min to mix and feed you are like Speedy Gonzales . It takes me at least an hour and fifteen minutes to mix nutes and give them to 12 ladies. I guess I gotta pick up my pace :)

im feeding 36 at a time. i use nutes, additives and ph, all by hand and four gallon pots. so i water everything from pre-filled (and rested) tap water in 5 gallon buckets. then i take the eight, 5 gallon buckets and refill them to sit out for the next feeding. everything takes def over an hour. maybe two hours, to mix nutes, feed and refill buckets. i only said 30 minutes cuz i didnt want it to look like a stretch, an exageration. ya know?

don't feel bad I'm at 62. Part of the reason they are not over watered, I get lazy and prefere to dry them out a bit before hydrating them again. It's a tiring job. Esp perpetual where their all on different mixes. I've been in the dungeon from morning to night on days I waited to feed and had to pick. Otherwise it is a few hours. I use milk jugs and each is pre-filled with water 48-72 hrs before they are used. I mix each gallon and each plant gets a half gallon.

wow this thread is rediculous. i never post on here but since i just had an argument with a friend recently about this topic i thought id put my 2 cents in.

so my friend has chronic pain and smokes joints like most people smoke ciggarettes. he has to go down to detroit every 2 weeks and pay 100 - 125 bucks an o for the schwaggiest of schwaggs. he just got approved for his card and was all excited to high hell thinking hes in amsterdamn now being able to go to dispenseries and get a caregiver. now dont get me wrong hes been my best friend for 10 years now and we were talking about me being his caregiver. when i told him patient prices are 200 he was outraged. and no not outraged because hed be paying half price of what these meds would go for on black market (rolls eyes), but outraged that he doesnt get all the free "meds" his 12 plants provide LMAO. so then i told him, well, if youd like free meds then just grow them yourself? (which he is too lazy and would never have the patience and/or skill). then they would be free correct? oh wait! im forgetting the 5 to 10 grand in equipment for startup for my perp. setup, plus utilities etc. looks like those free meds you wanna grow arent so free at all eh?!

the moral of my story i guess is we as growers are risking our fxcking freedom to grow your "meds" for you. and you expect us to not be compensated for what we feel is fair?! you should be AT THE LEAST feel lucky that this law was even passed. would you rather go back to being ALL black market where you get NO FREE "MEDS"? or accept the fact that providing you with meds takes time/skill/patience/money/energy/stress and a whole shxt ton of other things haha.

now i do understand that there ARE people who truly cannot afford even 50 dollar zips and are sicker than 80% of the population. and for them i truly hope they find the right caregiver and i would be willing to do that for them. BUT, the longer this goes on, the MAJORITY of people who are going to have their card are under the category "chronic pain" who just like to plain ol smoke the plant. (which there is nothing wrong with). BUT ill be damned if you think im gonna give even a fxckin gram away for free because you think just because you have a card and are allowing me to grow the plants your entitled to it for free.

well ill stop my rambling now i guess haha. this may come off as arrogant but trust me i am all for you get what you give and the rules of karma. its just sometimes it seems like the patients are just a lil more greedy than the hands that feed them?

I just had one of my club members asking for a new caregiver, so i told him 200 per zip and he said that was to pricey. If thats to much then ya need to grow it your self as it about costs that much to run a set-up like mine. If ya want it cheap then grow your own but stop the begging for free weed shit cuz we aint buying none of that crap. My room cost atleast 5 grand and being from skilled trades my normal rate of pay was 22 per hour plus over time. So put that cost in the mix at 60 to 80 hrs a week and you ARE getting it for free at 200 per zip.

We can and ya should. Dispences are another story..................

I've found no where in our law that allows for dispenes and the limit on patients makes it better for small caregivers and thier patients. Keeps it more in-ta-mint hehehehehe

i just wanna point out that you can get a oz in saginaw for 100$ or less, or a qp for 300...I understand your way is legal, and hopefully better quality but unless you get caught during the transaction you'd be fine purchasing from a street dealer for half or a quarter the price if you can legally posess it...And i do not in any way suggest people do that, just a different perspective ...
