The best meat is lamb meat, but can you tell me that there is no non delicious part of the lamb? I've only had the ribs and the legs.
OK this was a lie, I'm sorry. I once smoke a whole Halla lamb(no intestens just meat) it was good but not the best( user error) I over smoked it and used way too much red cooking wine.
The happiest picture there is of me eating cranberry glazed chops at Ophilia's in siesta keys . I'm positively glowing looking like I got a coathanger jammed in my mouth despite the fact that I spent 1/2 the meal with a cranberry stuck in my sinus. I've had a few lamb sausages they were tasty but a bit fatty even for my taste

again man no sauce no marination no glazing just young lambs decent amount of fat on them and charcoal then some herbs. thyme takes it into another level. dont overcook pink in the middle brown and slightly blackened fat outside. nothing can match the flavour and taste at this level of simplicity.

Mead isn't wine and wine isn't mead.
I think they only requirment for mead is that the bulk of its sugar contents is derived from honey. Where as wine is defined by its fermentation process. The bulk of commercially avaliable mead is considered to be "honey wine"
I've only on a few occasions had mead that was more akin to beer or liquors and they were all homebrews. Almost all have been delightful Regardless of the fermentation method/ABC/carbonation

I was messing with you. It's a food fight. But I consider wine to be from grapes and mead from honey.
