WOW, you are so full of shit it's oozing out of your post...I used to work for a company that specialized in finding people who thought they were "off the grid"...hell just from this site we'd wait for you to log in again and the shit would hit the fan so fast you wouldn't have time to smell it, the next thing you know, you're really "off the grid" in some podunk prison somewhere...and if you were "off the grid" you damn sure wouldn't be on no weed growin' site bragin' about it...who the fuck do you think you are Jason Bourne or some shit...hell Jason Bourne wasn't even Jason Bourne.....................Hell you're probably some kid in his mom and dads basement on their computer, jacking off to the lingerie section of an old sears catalog, smokin' some schwag out of a toilet paper roll you turned into a pipe, and daydreaming of being a James Bond motherfucker or something...man grow the fuck up...you think you're talkin' to a bunch of your teenage friends that don't know better...I'm almost 50 fuckin years old and you're gona throw this shit into the mix and say, "for real dude"...
I live "off the grid" not because I am a fugitive or am being searched for because I am not. I do it because I prefer to live that way and what are you going to do? If you mean that you would wait for me to log in so you could trace my ip address to a location how do you know I am not using free wifi from a McDonald's lol? And if I wasn't there are plenty of ways to mask who you are on the net. Just because someone wants a lot of privacy does not mean they are on the run or being searched for so I am not that paranoid about it. My whole point of the post was you do not need credit and bad credit will not make you homeless unless you are really broke. No I am not James Bond, don't want to be James Bond, and I hate those movies anyways. And I wasn't bragging either but you are entitled to whatever opinion you may have about me. And yes you got me... I am some kid in hims mom and dads basement on their computer, jacking off to the lingerie section of an old sears catalog. smoking out of toilet paper roll I apparently turned into a pipe, daydreaming about becoming james bond. Ha I have to give you credit that was actually funny sir. I hope you don't mind me calling you sir it is just something my parents taught me to do especially for older and more wise people like yourself. But in reality I am 20, moved out of my moms house about 4 months ago to live in a small apartment with my girlfriend (you almost got who I was living with correctly though). And there really is no way you could find out where I live or where my money comes and goes because of this, am I an expert "off the grid" guy? No I am not but my name is not on the lease, none of my identifications have my real address, some don't have my real name or date of birth, and no one knows where I live (not even any friends or family) except my girlfriend and roommates. As far as my money is concerned I make money in a variety of ways and I am comfortable telling you one of them but they all deal in just cash. One way I make money is sometimes I do small animation jobs for people I know and trust and they just hand me cash when I am finished. I am nobodies employee, I get no checks, and there are no records of any work I do. Are there ways to find me? Yeah but anyone who can wouldn't bother wasting their time or money to find someone like me who really isn't doing anything wrong at all. Sorry I offended or upset you.

Ahhhh...gotcha...:fire:...I never worked for a place like that...I was an Admin for a medical website...Plus I was high and fuckin with ya...but seriously, ya even if you log in at McDs you have a specific MAC address that is a "GPS tracker" in a way...it's will show "that computers" physical location, with-in a few feet of where you're at...Believe me I know, I've been working/playing/writing code for computers for over 20 years...and if anyone was looking for you, they'd have found you by now...but hey peace anyhow...:bigjoint:

Ha ok. And you are right and wrong. You might have more experience than I do mainly because I am only 20. But like I said I have been doing professional animation work since I was 16 ever since one of my high school projects were recognized by ASUS and Corsair. Besides that like you I write code in java and python. Also when I was 18 I got lucky and did get an actually day job (which I have no more) to install networking and security systems for companies mainly but sometimes regular homes. And I figured you would bring up the MAC address and you are right but it is MUCH harder to trace a MAC address than an ip address. An ip address as you know can give you the exact location of a device on the net. A MAC address as you know is an address a manuafacturer gives a device which remains permanent and can also be traced to a location. BUT unless you can trace a MAC address to the persons home (and not a McDonald's) then it usually is useless. I can go inside a store and with my cash... lol... buy a laptop and you wouldn't be able to trace the MAC address to me (unless I used it at my home) because I once again left know paper trail (like I would if I used credit) as to who I am. Yes the MAC address could give them all the product info like its serial number, model, etc... but that is all useless when they have know idea who owns that product unless they paid with credit which could actually be linked to a real owner. And unless they could review camera footage at the store and identify me by my physical appearance they are shit out of luck. I promise you I know a little bit about what I am talking about. I am young, maybe even naive but I have enough experience in the tech field to not get caught (or at least not by what I am doing). And as you know it is far easier to track someone by their ip address compared to the mac address of their device. I am glad though you loosened up :). That is why I enjoy this thread so much.

Also I have become very efficient at handling incoming and outgoing traffic in my network as to not give away my position. People that believe Tor will hide them are dumb because you still use proxies which record the ip and mac address. The people on the other side can't see you but your ISP and the proxies you use can. I hope you also have a peaceful day sir.

Now if I committed a serious crime and large authorities with network geniuses were looking for me I know they could find me somehow. But the small stuff I do (like buying and selling btc on the streets) go completely unnoticed and I have nothing to worry about.

Well, I'll tell ya, you can be slick as greased cow shit and I can track you...It's all part of a class I used to give called "Ethical Hacking" and in that class I cover a little thing called "Information Gathering" and it's a skill that requires some finesse, but it will tell me when you might be on the net, were you might be on the net at, what work you might be doing and so on...how do you know I'm not doing it now :fire: you already gave up a lot of info in these short exchanges...lmao...I'm not doing anything here cuz I'm growin' weed and showin' pics, and someone could come by that's seen parts of my house in those pics, and say hey :?: so routine is the main thing to watch, go to different places (pick 4) to get on the net, and at different times and multiple accounts :-P so they get confused...for awhile anyway...peace man...lol...not givin' out all my trade secrets

Oh and to add to my "gifts" if you have an high end laptop or any home pc, you can buy specific WIFI or HARDWIRED NIC cards that the MAC address can be changed through the command prompt, which in turn changes your IP also...good luck bro...

I'm starting to wonder about you. For one you don't need a high end PC or laptop to install a nic or WiFi adapter as long as ur PC/laptop has the interface the nic or adapter uses mainly USB/PCI/pcie it doesn't matter how "high end" it is. And I'd need a link that proves you can change a Mac address on any device. And you can only change the IP address on the inner part of your network not the IP address that connects your modem to your ISP whether its static or dynamic. And if its dynamic and it changes its still incredibly easy to trace. You should know that the dhcp server (usually the router) assigns IP addresses within The network and those can easily be changed but that isn't what they use when tracing nodes on the net. They trace the address assigned to the modem and even if it changes dynamically they keep records of every IP address that was assigned to that modem. Often its static and you can't change it.

So changing a devices address from 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.0.2 won't make any difference considering the gateway(modem) IP address will remain the same.

Macchanger will do it but it's easier doing it manually with linux. While your up and running with linux, sudo install aircrack suite and john the ripper and hack at least 2 neighbours internet connections. Then you have free internet and a warning system. Alternatively, just use a proxy server.
p.s. I spent 6 years off the grid with 2 countries looking for me. Both thought I was in the other! Also, I haven't paid for internet for years.

K, so when you grow up, you'll never change your mind about buying a house or putting your name on a lease (you need at least 650 fico score to rent most apartments).

You've got it all figured out kid. Just live off the grid for your entire life. Good plan.

Just because you don't use credit doesn't mean you won't eventually need to have good credit. You seem like a smart kid, yet you're so stubborn, you insist on learning the hard way. Let's see what happens when you want to get married, and your girlfriend wants a house to raise a family. I hope you have a few hundred thousand dollars saved up then. She'll really be kicking you for your past stupidity.

A lot of the better jobs these days will do a credit check to see if you're trustworthy with large sums of money and generally responsible. You should really be keeping more of your doors open.

Does it work 100% and is it as effective as the $8 PH down bottle from the hydroponic store?
It will bring your PH down to where you want it. Drop for drop, it's probably not as effective as PH down, but at that price, who cares? That being said, I still use PH down. $8 isn't a problem for me. 1 quart lasts a long time.

I don't ph at all no need water good enuf to drink then fine for plants just leave it in a bucket over night, for chlorine to evap,

a ec trunchen is far more important or buy a ph perfect nutrient to cut the ph'ing out,you are gonna struggle if ya aint got 6 quid for a ph pen dude.

Just invest what ever ya can get the room sound and you will get your money back
