I’m wondering what the reason is please advise

These two plants has the same age the same seed strain same pot size same soil same feeding schedule but one looks healthy with wide leafs and the other one has a very thin leafs and don’t look that healthy nor grow at the same speed the last couple of weeks is there any reason for that

Please advise your feedback is very valuable

Both plants are fine. What you have is 2 different phenotypes, a sativa leaning pheno and a indica leaning pheno. When growing from seed you can see many different phenotypes all within the same strain, it's normal.

so no need to adjust anything on the feeding schedule in your opinion
