Why do you want to be a mod. i dont think they need anycuz otherwise id volunteer, lol, but you could always try messaging rollitup and asking him.

Get yourself a reputation mate. Also your post's title should be relevant to your post...

Being a longtime member in excellent standing, going well out of your way to help people in every way possible, and having prior experience in moderating a large internet forum would be a good start.
