In need of some expertise...(1st grow) 600W HPS Bulb

image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg Ok I just transplanted all 4 plants into FoxFarm out of miracle gro soil on Saturday last week. I jus started flowering the larger plant on the left because they were in such bad shape from the MG. I want to flower the taller right one too but the lower leaves are barely growin back as you can see is it ok to flower it still, the 2 in the back are exactly a month today??? The small one on the right is recovering great after being transplanted out of coco it was lime green at 1st.

Looks like you can let it go another week or so imo but it's really up to you and your preferences, but I would let it go longer and do some lst to bush them out to get a good yield,

Just my opinion, but you need to top them, put them in bigger pots, veg them under the HPS for 2 weeks then turn them back....I love my HPS 600 double enders and 600 watt digital ballast, kicks ass on standard 1000 HPS......

What's lst?
Low stress traing, there is so many threads you can see but basically it's training that cause no or little stress, like after you top for example, your bottom shoots grow out , you can get tie wire and gently pull them down and tie them, even your main tops and you will have a bushy plant with many many tops and like I said alot of different ways, hope this helps bro, peace

IM a firm believer in getting all that the plant offers, I'm only on my second grow indoors but I have 15 yrs outdoors, training is fun , seeing the plant take on new shapes and bushing, I'm still learning everday on indoor growing so if I can help someone else I will, I had some great advice from good ole ppl here on riu, some here tho, shewww , peace

Yo dude...just a friendly heads up...it is considered rude on RIU to "jack' another members thread. Always better to start your own thread anyway...more and better responses. :peace:

Hey shadow how often do you water your plants bckuz I've noticed this FFOF holds the water a lot longer than MG soil? I haven't watered my plants since Sunday and when I did the finger test it was still a lil moist at my fingertip but the pots are light as shit lol.

If the pot is that light I would water it. Sometimes the soil can have a moist spot.
