In need of some HELP.

I am in need of some HELP. Some of my fan leaves are getting huge and it seems like on certain plants the stem almost cannot support the weight of the leaf. I watered them strait water last night for the first time in 3 days last night and they seemed to have accepted it well. It made the leaves not so droopy on them. I just tested my ph of my water and realized that it is around 7.5 ( I thought it was neutral) so I def need to ph down before I water right? I think I should be aiming for 6.5-6.8?
Any suggestions on how to increase stem and leaf rigidity while keeping it as all natural as possible? I think I am going to make a tea soon any suggestions? Sorry for all the questions but I have one more, what is the best way to foilage feed and with what? I am currently using water, org fish emulsion, and org black earth, and sheep manure mixed in.

you can add some wind, breeze or fan to it depending on where you are growing that will build up the stem and the leaves. That and the right nutes and it will stand up to anything, just take it slow and easy you don't want to stress it out or break it, but they are tough tough plants......good luck

fish emulsion is good for foliar feeding, but it's stinky

I use bamboo shish-kabob skewers for supports, when needed.

Maybe correcting the PH will help stem strength. Keep the lights as close as possible so they don't stretch. Too much red spectrum light and high temps also cause stretch

Awesome guys thanks. But I am growing outdoors lol, so I don't fans or moving lights down would help lol. My fault, I should have specified where I was growing but there is a link to my grow journal in my signature. I will take it slow and today after a (ph adjusted) good watering and some foliar feeding yesterday, they seem to have regained there rigidness. Reps for both.
