I typically run a SCROG & will use LST extensively through flower, I don't see any detriment even towards the end of the grow.

im sorry. im an old school grower. in a new school growing world. can you please explain to me LST. i know what Sea Of Green is, and now days i see this SCROG. what is the RO part about. i know SCROG is another method of SOG, but im a little confused on its basic principals. is LST side ways growing?? i kind know about pulling the stalks sideways. but them new terms are confusing to me.
SCROG = Screen Of Green
Basically training the canopy using a screen (to keep it even). A very effective method in small spaces. Lots of info on here about it.
