inconsistent leaf reach/droop

I have my plants on a 18/6 light schedule, and the leaves are always really perky, up, and looking terrific in general in the morning when i turn on the lights, but as the day goes on, they seem to droop more and more. Not horribly but a noticeable droop. I have two theories, either A: heat stress, i dont have a very good ventilation system, just an oscilating fan, two cieling fans, and open windows. B: (and this is very unlikely, if anything this just weighs them down a little) i mist them once in the morning and once at night about 3 hours after turning them on and 3 hours before turning them off. I mist underneath the leaves, so they droop a little from the waterdroplets. Any Ideas would be appreciated.

don't mist them, don't need to. And if you do, do it when the lights are off, the light is too powerful through water droplets.
