Indoor and outdoor at the same time under ACMPR

Hey Folks, I know under one license you cannot do both indoor and outdoor at the same time, at least that is my understanding. However can you do indoor under one license and outdoor under another at the same property. For example a DG and personal where one license is indoor and the other is indoor/outdoor.

I kind of think you should be able to since they are two different scripts and the idea with the no indoor/outdoor same time is to control your production to your individual script limit, but I digress. Perhaps someone knows more definitively.

Absolutely you can. I know several peeps that have separate indoor and outdoor licenses at the same location.

This is the most ridiculous thing....plants grow, inside and out.

I wasn't sure about that. Thanks for bringing this up for discussion.

My DG is Happy to keep growing for me after legalization but I will grow whatever I am allowed to under the rec rules as well.

I have just renewed my ACMPR paperwork for year 2. It allows me to grow inside during the winter and outside during the summer. My wife is covered under the Allard injunction at the same address. Her permits under the MMAR were for indoor only while my original MMAR permits were for indoor/outdoor. Never any problems with Health Canada having both our grows at the same address.
