Indoor garden location ?'s

I want to operate my legal MMJ grow at a different address than my home address. Is this legal to do? Do I need to display paper work to prove that it is mine kind of like a building permit? I want to grow at my parents house because I live in an apartment but i want to do it right so they wont get into any legal troubles. Thanks

Have your parents lease you space with documentation. Keep a copy of the lease posted on the door of the room.

I'm new here, but I know the grow room needs to be lockable and only accessible by the patient or patients caregiver.
