Indoor Grow -- Something Is eating my babies?

Hello all!

Three weeks in, and I am seeing some holes on some leaves as if something is muching on them?! Can anyone recognize what might have made them?

I've seen something similar with outdoor grows and slugs. But I inspected the plant closely and I couldnt locate any bugs on the plant or in the soil.

The soil was sitting in my garage for a year or two, maybe something crawled in, or was already in there?

I have neem oil, diatomaceous earth, and yellow sticky traps laying around. Which one should I use, or, what?

p.s. Am aware it looks like there's some heat stress

oedema from overwatering.

Thank you so much for your reply. That's really something, I've never seen/experienced anything like this, heh. I think the issue was I wasnt running the ventilation blower during lights out, and it was extremely humid at night time.
