Well Im starting my second indoor grow with attitude seed banks Velvet Bud. This is my first grow journal so bare with me, as im not familiar with how to make a thread. The seedlings are three weeks old and seem to be healthy besides a little light burn. Currnently i just transplanted into 3 gallon pots and am using Fox Farms Ocean forest organic soil. I have yet to nute them and am watering with 24 hour old tap water. The light they are currently under is a T5 Flourescent set on 18/6. I will post pictures in the next thread. Also im not exactly a beginner at growing but i still have alot to learn, so any input or criticism would be greatly appreciated.

Heres the girls at three weeks. Everythings going good, had a little ph problem with one of the girls and a little light burn cuz theses fuckers grow so fast. Otherwise everythings going good. I havent started feeding them yet but im probably going to start in about 2 weeks. (the first two pictures are of the plant with slight ph problems and the third pic is the other lady)

Heres the ladies at 4 weeks of veg they will be getting there first feeding tomorrow at half strength. In about a week and a half I will be topping them both. The little rockwool cube in one of the pots is another seedling i planted yesterday. Im going to try and go hydro and set up flood tables and use my ladies as mothers.

Okay so i couldnt wait to top the girls for another week. I like how fast they were growing and I just so happened to catch each node right when they were poking up so just topped them. Heres the result. Im not sure how many top colas I have I hope 4 but its probably going to be 2. I know too get two you chop the first node, and for four you chop the 2nd node and for eight you chop the 3rd node. I just didnt want to cut that much of the plant and not be able to clone the tops due to the fact that i have no rooting hormone or medium to put them in. The picture on the end is just some purple shit i smoked on while I was at the beach.

Well heres the plants at 5 weeks veg. I topped them about 3 days ago. Theyve been stunted a little but the inner foilage has seemed to take off in the meantime. It looks like im gonna have two top colas on each plant, i was hoping for 4, o well. You can also see the seedlng is doing pretty good i went ahead and put it in the bigger rockwool cube so i wouldnt have to keep spraying it as much.

Your doing good! Just make sure you go very very eazy on the nutes start with quarter the limit u shud be feeding then very slowly add abit more let them ask for it. Its better for them to ask for it then over feeding them or over watering them!! Have you got a ph water meter?

thats cool you can be my grow buddy lol. i also got a soil ph meter but you know the water ph meter is rally importand. you can control the wather you feed them. 24 hour water is ok but if the ph is still low/high in it it wil creat alot of problem. i strongly sugest you get a ph meter and ph up, ph down solutions.

tell me more on which light your going to flower your babys on

Haha hell yeh man...Ive noticed my ph fluctuating from 5.5-7 and its usually after i water when it fluctuates. How much is a good ph meter? I think the fox farm helps me out a little with its ph buffers but i do need a water ph meter bad i just jope there cheap haha. And the lights im using are a 400w metal halide lamp and a 4oo wat high pressure sodim lamp, both air cooled with computer fans. One is a cool tube and the other is a easy cool 8. And i sprayed my plants about 3 times a day moderately. Its hard to over water when u spray the soil with water thats why i like to do it this way. Its really easy to over water when there that young.

heres are the plants at 6 weeks veg. There both about a foot tall but bush as hell because of the topping. I think im going to have four top colas on one plant and 4 on the other. It really doesnt matter tho because these two ladies are my mothers Im gonna clone the shit out of em. The growth has really taking off on the lower branches after the topping. I cant wait to clone, anybody got an idea of how long til i can take my first cuttings?

Sorry its takin me so long to update my bad man. This is what the girls are under at the moment. I just put them under the 400 wat mh cool tube two days ago. They were under the T5 flourescent 24inch fixture u see standing vertically agianst the wall. When i was switching the lights I accidentally let go of one of the strings and the light fell and broke off one of my main branches and a fan leaf. IT happenned to the plant on the left. Im not sure whats going to happen im pretty sure itll grow back. I just hope it doesnt stunt the plant too long. Im gonna clone both these bitches and move all the clones to my flowering room after I veg em for a bit.

ok homie your plants look sexy! but now is the time you really need to worry about a ph meter. let me explain to you how this works. if the ph is wrong your plants will not observe the nutes you feed them properly! you can only imagen the out come, you with me, plus alot more problems with out a ph meter. but when you do buy a ph meter dont faget to buy 1. ph up 2. ph down, 3. ph meter storage solution, and 4. ph buffer 7.
plus as you can see in one of your old pics the leavs edge are burning that is becouse of the water you feed them the ph isnt right in it, resulting in burns

what light are you going to use for flowering ur babys?

can yeh post some pics where the branch is broken from. did the branch snap off or half snaped still on the plant? if its still on the plant then get like a few tooth piks and some string use them to hold the branch back in place and it shud cure hopefully. it wont be to stund dont worry its like u take cuttings from a plant, depending where it snaped so some pics pls asap!

plus tell me all the equipmint you have for flowering very intrested.

Dude i appreciate the advice i got a ph meter in the mail it should be here this week hopefully. I have ph up and ph down, but i cant use it cuz i dont know the ph of the water. any suggestions what i could do until the ph meter gets here? For flowering my girls im going to use the 400 watt cool tube u see in the last post with the mh bulb and a 400w easy cool 8 with the 400w hps bulb. For nutes im using im not sure yet because im going hydroponic with flood tables, a buddy of mine is really good at this and is going to help me set up and he'll get the nutes and shit ill let you know what were going to use when i talk to him about it. hes going get shit cloning after these two babies get big enough to get about 30 clones between the two of them. After that theyll go into flowering on the flood tables in rockwool. Ill take some pics of where the plant broke, it broke off totally. Once again i really appreciate your input and time nas keep the advice coming and good luck with the blueberry!
