Indoor plants going outdoor this week, Stress or shock??

SO, I have a five foot blueberry and a four foot pure afghani ran indoors. I am ready to put em in the garden outdoors and was thinking about difference in uv rays n what not. Am I going to have to slowly introduce them over a week or so, or can I put them out and let raise hell immediately?

put them in a semi shaded area for the first few days

Okay, so shade cloth or something to that nature till they adjust since I am in a open area so to speak.? THanks man.

sure anything that lets light through but not to much at first, its called hardening them off
