measuring cups are handy, oh and power timer, powerboard, extension cords, oscillating fan. Is this what u mean or exact brands? I'm just rambling

I've grown three plants earlier this monthh but not at the best set up so i want to do it again and get it right, theyre outside and im letting nature fix em up, plus they were nitrogen deficient so I had to do an emergency trip for some fertilizer. haha but this set up is in a head height cabinet and it has 2 lights one is a 400w fluroescent worklight and the other is a 200w Warm White fluroescent hanging light and a fan that I set up everyday and open the door for but I want a fan thats constantly running and mounted inside, so it's sufficient for my 9 new sprouts, on my list already is; ph test kit, npk potting mix(for the extra nitrogen boost from start) Manutec african violet food(high nitrogen) rockwool, mountable fan, rockwool, rootex-dip n grow(for cloning(;) plus mesh and pesticide for my outside plants. :D I also already have Manutec Bloom Booster with npk ratios of 6.2/14.6/16.8 set for flowering and seasol seaweed concerntrate for promoting root growth. :)

thats exactly what i mean just what im gonna need, i also already have the 24hr timers and extensioncords i need it's in my room and i have aircon so temperature control is a major plus

Well.... when I started out, I thought I just needed a tent and a light, and then I realised fuck its hot in here so I need a fan, oh they need fresh air? intake fan, some ducting, then it was like fuck it smells a bit so I got a filter, had a ph meter but didn't have an ec meter so I thought I better work out what I'm actually giving these plants, I was so clueless. still sort of am.

Yeah I'm at the stage of oh shit i need this... and this... oh plants are slowly dying? I need nitrogen. so im just gonna think it through and get it right for the second time indoors. My plan is one trip is all I need, my cabinet had different compartments for seperat needs, flowering, vegging/cloning etc.

May I suggest a soil mix that is the easiest way I have ever grown, and might I add it also gives amazing results.

I have used Subcool's Super soil for years now.
I was once a hydro guy that dabbled in DWC, Ebb and flow and aeroponic but once I tried Super Soil I have never looked back.
Its organic and all you need to do once its mixed and left to sit (cook) is water with plain water.
Nothing to measure or test (except waters PH) just water and forget it till you have to water again.
Its great for new growers because its super easy and inexpensive compared to over priced nute's but gives results even pro's cant argue with.
Not sure why I cant find the recipe here it was for a long time, but a google search will find it for you.

I spent over $1200 on my setup. I was clueless as hell, when I thought I had it all down. Rebuilt 5 times, now I'm happy. :D

Get yourself some measuring spoons, greatest thing ever! Some syringes are also handy, ones without needles. They are great for raising/lowering PH in the early stages. Now I buy it by the gallon and spoon it in.

Plastic polly sheeting is great stuff also, I line the bottoms of my rooms with it to keep moisture from getting all over, but I suggest the thicker MM over the thinner. Black is what I use to help retain heat during the winter.

Going to have to try that Super Soil budfever suggested, using promix now and it works but always need to add more perlite.

I considered trying it once, but the ingredients are so freaking hard to find I gave up.
