17"l 48"h 23"w box that i want to grow in, cfl or hps? where should i cut holes for fans?

thats a pingpong paddle in there for reference.

You could use that 150 hps but ur gonna need some good ventilation with that id say get about a couple 26 watt cfls mabe 4-5 per plant
