Indoor vs Outdoor Seeds

The Attitude is giving away free seeds, but they all say they are outdoor. Can you grow "outdoor" seeds indoors? That sounds like a dumb question, since they specifically say outdoor, but what's the diff if I use right soil and lamps. Do outdoor plants require something I cannot give them indoors? Thanks.

I mean, I assume indoor seeds will not work well outdoors since they may have specific climate needs. But, I have seen seeds listed as indoor/outdoor (so, both). I just don't get why a seed would be listed just as outdoor. Is that just a misleading label? I would think with right care, any seed could be grown indoor. Yes? No? Maybe?

they prb require more room and maybe some better circulation, but thats about it idont see y it would make much diff. All plants, marijuana, roses, tomatoes, oak trees etc all need the same shit Light energy, soil/nutes, water and a pinch of love. Its just a plant remember and as long as u give it the essentials it will grow, unless its truly specific to natural sunlight but i doubt it, maybe a broader spectrum of lights would be needed but i think they should do alright

That's what I was thinking, but just wanted some confirmation that what I was thinking was not just some dumb assumption by a newb. It's a plant, so should grow given the right care. Cool. They're are free anyway, so no loss if not.
