Influencing on the hight of a strain?!

Is there any way of influencing the hight of the plants?

What couldbe done to reduce the hight of a high growing strain; make it grow in the way of 'green ocean'?

Look into low stress training loads about it here and on youtube!

you can top the plant to create a shorter canopy

you can super crop, top, FIM, tie down, LST.. those are just a few ideas... google them.. youtube has great "do-it-yourself" videos on these techinques... they all have their own pros and cons.. depends on the grower and their setup and what they want to achieve with the plants as to what technique is best to use for them..
