Informal Get Together ... January 3rd, 2012

There will be an informal meeting / get together on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012, in Waterville, at 6:00 pm. The location is called "The Pub" and they are located on the east end of the parking lot that houses the Concourse. The Concourse is off Main Street as one comes down into the city.

The Pub offers a full variety of great food, cold beer, as well as well drinks. They also have (2) pool tables, jukebox, and darts. It is open to the public, but if you wish, there is a back room area that can be used for more individual conversations if need be. This is a chance for all of us in the area that may want to know more about MMJ, and a face to face chat sometimes is a whole lot better than a posting on the internet. It will also give us a time to unwind, and tell stories about our past, and present accomplishments with our grow(s), or any other subject that you would like.

I know personally, (I have already met (2) great friends from here), I am just looking to get together and see what happens. maybe down the road, this could be a monthly thing, or even more. We are always stronger in numbers, to do good to the world.

Hope to see a lot of you there.

I don't believe so. Perhaps you may be thinking of the Bob-In or Chez Paree here in Waterville. There is no smoking permitted at any Waterville bar. Hope this helps out BG

Just a bit concerning the "Informal Meeting" last night .... Just as I had anticipated, it was only my wife and I. Was it a bust? I know in my heart that it was not. I totally understand everyone, and it is because of the dogma and ways of society that looks down on us, that the turnout was just based on that aspect. We must be "Stealth" and therefore cannot freely meet when and where we choose. I just thought perhaps, just perhaps, that things have quelled down just a tad for something as a simple get together, would have be easier in today's world. Just the contrary.

I know that some people are scared even to go to an expo concerning MMJ, and have law enforcement scour license plates just to see if they can nab someone. It is a shame that this happens, and yet I, as well as almost everyone else, agrees upon, happens or could happen.

Personally speaking, I have met (2) great fellow posters here; BlueJeans and MyWhat?, and on all occasions that we have met, it has been outstanding for me to meet such nice and great people. I am sure all of you are in the same wonderful field as these two people have been to me, as well as my family. I look forward someday that we can meet face to face, without fear of reprisal or ill will. I will continue to fight for what I believe in, and that is a free society to mingle among each other, especially when it comes to MMJ.

MaineYankee...Your right about society in fact i was just telling one of my buddys from diapers how much society has changed man...I'm old school in alot of ways and have a hard time adapting to this new way of thinking...People used to be able to say what they feel and if you had a beef you could throw fists now u got people telling as fast as they can...Robbing instead of earning shyt...Lazy bunch of people man with no positive vibes...Oh ^5 on being a Yankee fan brother!!!
