So the jist of it is Alex Jones is going through a custody battle with his ex wife, she cites his show as an obvious example of his instability, his lawyer then claims his show is all an act and the persona he plays is fake, all for the ratings ($)


So he's a con artist. I think his content actually causes legitimate harm. So what's different from him coming out every day and saying he hates liberals and expresses the opinion that if liberals were harmed, he wouldn't have a problem with it, and someone coming out against Jewish people or Christians and professing the same thing? I think it's clear by now programs like his actually do incite violent actions from their viewers. It would be one thing if any of it were true, but it's not.

According to the Statesman, Ms Jones told a pre-trial hearing: “He’s not a stable person. He says he wants to break Alec Baldwin’s neck. He wants J-Lo to get raped.”`

I don't know, man. His wife sounds pretty convinced that he's not acting.

Choices:

1) He's putting on an act (it's not a con unless he;s defrauding people out of their money. Is he doing that?)
2) He's unhinged

Either way, most people's career would be ruined. Why is it that right wingers can do horrible things and it doesn't matter to their followers? So, I hope it's the latter and eventually he will get put away.

He had to apologize to the pizza place. So there's an example of real harm. But he did catch that weird cremation of care ritual on tape.

Trick question? He's a put-on who eventually started buying his own bullshit. Both choices apply. Same thing happened to Tits Limbaugh.
