i tried to watch but the guy sounded like mr. rogers and talked waay too slow. when i saw it was a 9 minute video i jumped ship lol.
 
Infarred imaging cannot be used by law enforcement because it is not a tool available to the general public...i did not watch the video so i might be sounding reduntant but ive heard about this from a judge who said the evidence was supressed because the defendant won the appeal because police did not have the right to invade based on the infarred imaging
