Imagine the courts are actually hearing a case about .....cookies....seems so absurd on some front. What next, a national Farina debate
the thing that gets me about the edibles/concentrates case is that witness we just had from HC_Ritochet (??) said HC doesn't tell patients how to use their dried product. if that's the case, why is the Smith case happening?
they prove time and time again how clueless they are to what they have done to the people....until they are forced to look at it. then they say "oh, we shouldn't have done that"...unless you're Ambrose who wants MMJ gone period. when she needs it, i hope she has to go through the hurdles like we did...but we are paving the way to make it more accessible to patients

I'm tired from all the years of crap by the gov. After a while you just get sick of the ignorance.
I'm glad there are new folks to this fight as some days my steam is gone.
that's why you have the goat too...when you feel tired & bend to sit down, the goat butts you in the ass & then you remember you're not so tired...haha

this is a 1 day trial for the extract/edibles case??
"
The one-day Supreme Court hearing on March 20 is just one legal front in in a war
between pot advocates and the federal government over how medical marijuana is controlled."
and they applied for a delay to the MMAR/MMPR case.??

running thin on wisdom too...there's way to many angles for the whole thing to be looked at.....
and every time you turn around they seem to legislate a new hurdle.....I got done hurdling in high school....
and basically I'm done jumping hurt"les....for good...so things need to be sorted out now,,, minimum of appeals..
I like a lot of others, will not get the chance to appeal...my illnesses/sicknesses...nor can I hang them on a coat hook when 4:00pm comes...

Yup me too....hurdle no more. Shameful that alcoholics get to make decisions on our lives. I say alcoholic's somewhat jokingly as I figure if you drink you loose the right to criticize MJ users. At all.
I am sick of all the hassle over it. Could we not just legalize it and move on to more important things ? Some days my steam to fight it all waynes. But I am one stubborn fucker so it passes and then I get activated again.
In a way it has become my lifes agenda.

Tousaw wants the court to craft a more effective remedy by ordering an exemption for medical marijuana users be incorporated into the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

“At that point we at least have taken patients off the front lines and they are no longer engaging in criminal conduct if they bake cookies for themselves to eat out of their lawfully possessed marijuana.”

Medical marijuana would then fall under natural health production regulations, he said. And “if the government wants to regulate in some manner commercial production and sale and marketing, it’s perfectly entitled to do so.”

Ok so let's jump ahead a bit...we have won and there is now a read in or whatever they call it, and MMJ has now been descheduled and is part of NHP...the last time I checked, glucosamine didn't need a script....so if this is the only NHP that would require a script, how does that solve the problem of the doctors not wanting to be the gatekeepers?
