Inline Fan/Carbon filter, run 24/0 or intervals? (PICS)

So I have a carbon filter and inline fan combo for exhaust in my tent. Right now I just got a timer to go 15 on 15 off. This seems to work fine, I'm in veg state so no odor is present. I do it mainly to "refresh" then tent. What does everyone else do? It only uses 80watts. Isn't there a way I can "tone" it down. A controller that lowers the amps so it doesn't run full blast? If this was the case I'd run it 24/0. Its just so loud! When flowering comes I understand it'll probably have to be on 24/0 to eliminate all odor. Am I correct? Someone advice please!

Can anyone please comment? Doesn't anyone use carbon filters? Any input appreciated!

Flowering is 12/12. Won't flower on 24/0 unless if you have a uvb light on it as well, maybe. 18/6 is good it promotes more stem growth. If you want use ur dark time as the time when people are most likely to be around it. gl.

you could always wire in a rheostat on the fans power cord. basically the same thing as the fancy little knob that turns your dinning room lights up and down. any hardware store for around 5 bucks. possible side affects arer that your fan is probably designed to run full speed so it could be hard on the motor.
