insecticide... how should i use it?

i just bought some insecticide to help control the problem iv been having with some little nat looking flies. the insecticide is suppose to be all natural and so on, so its safe to use with my plants i can assure you. however, i sleep in the same room my setup is in. my worry is that the spray isnt safe to use indoor, let alone where i sleep at night. can anyone give me some advice or a word of encouragement, i would appreciate it cuz this insect problem has been pissin me off for a while. the brand i got is safer's. if ANYTHING, i guess my plan is to take my girls outside and spray them down, let them dry off then take them back inside, mind you that would be a fuckin pain, and not the most subtle way of operating considering i have some nosey-ass neighbors.

anyone?...... all i really need to know is if it would be safe to spray them, then bring them inside.

is it organocide? that is fine indoors won't hurt you at all but it smells like ass and fish
