ok i have a grow tent and ive done alot of research on how to ventilate it but i dont want all the hot exhaust air just pouring out of my window. i was wondering if there is any other alternative to directing the exhaust air directly outside ie some sort of exhaust box or something. my room has one window which is currently being used for the forced intake. please help

Vent into a wall or the ceiling. My exhaust goes to an unused central heating vent above my closet.

ok so the exhaust dosnt haveto go outside? my tent is inside of a sealed room so would it be possible to just exhaust into the room and just have the window open?

you have the right idea here with the window for intake.. goto walmart grab the $96 window mount a/c unit, it's decent like 6,000btu.. anyways pop it in the window, move ur grow hut in front of ur a/c unit so it blows directly into ur intake fan on ur hut.. now with the exhaust.. if you have a scrubber and/or u dont care about odor you can exhaust the hot air just into your room bc ur a/c unit will keep ur whole little ecosystem cool. and if u can't spend $96 on the a/c unit.. goto walmart and buy an air cooler.. they are like half the price and can get the ambient temperature to -12F if you pop it in ur grow hut, also cleans the air as well, if you went with that one, you would still want an intake and an exhaust though too. hope this helps bro. blaze on.

It's possible, sure. The only question is if heat will be a problem. There's only one way to find out for sure. If heat does present a problem you will either need to do a better job of ducting the heat away(like what I previously suggested) or cool the room with some kind of swamp cooler or AC unit.
