people should really learn the laws.
as much i believe in the fight, don't tell them that you are legal through HC when you ain't.
i believe when you try to fight the cops with the "I'm not rolling down my window" free citizen stuff, you piss them off. they get paid to be there and have all day to process you.
i believe in our rights for sure but if you go along and are quiet, they will forget you and when you bring the hammer down later, they won't know what hit them.

the people who are like that guy..saying he's not going to get out of the car. i think right then the cop decided to run him through.
if he ha cooperated, he may have been let go.
i believe when you try to use those common law arguments, they can go by their book too and their book takes a lot longer.
if you do cooperate and they are dicks, be very forgettable. that way when it's time to go to court, they have very little notes to go by so they can't say too much

You get questioned or pulled over take it on the chin. Do as they ask. Produce the documents they wish for. If marijuana comes up mention your medical need or better show medical documentation. This video proves law enforcement is well aware that doctors are higher then HC legislation. it seems the training has been pushed to the lenient side for possession atleast thats what this officer demonstrated. My doctor has been copying my MMAR onto a script since the repeal, best legal advice ive gotten.

my thought is if you're not a dick, they might not be.
there are some that it seems to be ingrained in them so that's unavoidable but if that guy had gotten out of the car and said "i use it medicinally. here's my card" instead of "you can't do this! i know my rights"
