Interruping light cycle in veg

Is it OK to interrupt the dark cycle in my veg (18/6) room or will this cause stress and possible hermies. I'm very strict with flowering and never allow light during the dark period, just didn't know if it worked the same with veg. Thank you

I have done it many times during Veg. Never had a problem.

I don't worry about occasionally letting the veg get lit up during its dark period.
I would Not do that To my Flowering Plant.

I just veg 24/7 so it doesnt matter.
