Ionic GROW & BLOOM Together??

Hi,

Just gone into 12/12 after 4 weeks using ionic grow..

I started using ionic bloom same day they went into 12/12

Is this wrong??

Should I mix both grow & bloom in flower period??

Somethin me mate said to me & now am unsure.. ha
