Anyone ever had problems like in the photo. It seemed to fuse and arc to burn through the thread, and make the ceramic casing to explode.
All was normal, 24/0, 8000 watts total. 2nd switch in, bulb was blown. On closer look is when I found ceramic casing in pieces in the inner side of the glass hood.
I'm guessing bulb might have been a little loose, but doesn't seem like I'd miss that.
