Is 3 "Y" splitters per lamp safe if I stay uner the total watts allowed?

If I have lamp that allows 150 watts and I skrew a "Y" splitter in there, I have 2 sockets. If I was mental and added a "Y" splitter to those two sockets I'd have a total of 4 sockets. With 23 watt cfl it would be below the lamps allowed 150 watts, or is it dangerous for fire?

When you screw your splitters, and lamps all together, try to handle the lamps by there insulaters, and not there glass...
Remember, EVERY CFL is made in China, most likely, so is your lamp socket, and splitter.... Tighten, careful.... hazard...
EZ to break....
It will work....

i have pondered about the screw leds... how are they? I see they are much farther than cfls would be from the plants.. interesting... might have to change my veg style an test them out..

AND, petflora, is that an amethyst in the middle? :) i use crystals too!

And remember........
If you have a vacant splitter, the empty socket is still hot when it's on.;-)
Just be careful not to accidentally stick your finger in one while turning or installing.
