Is $50 enough to spend for a worthwhile bubbler?

I'm not trying to spend that much money, but I know that I want a bubbler and not another spoon. I found a few online that are between 5 and 6 inches tall in the price range between 30 and 60 dollars (head stores in my area all charge over a hundred for tiny bubblers). Would I get a low quality piece by only spending this much money?

I'm guessing you can get a nice little bong for $50 :) Should be perfect for recreational use! I say get it.

No, for $60 you should be expecting a good bubbler.
You could get a legit small Gear bong for around that price.
Most bubbler's online are more expensive i guess, because at my local head shops, the good ones are around 40.

Yeah grasscity has some decently priced bubs...

But im against buying that stuff online (credit card statements, mailing, etc) But if you live in a country where its legal then go for it.

Im a fan of giving my business to local pipe-shops that buy from local glass artists. Ive found that their work is higher quality, and more beautiful than stuff online.

Shop around...some pipeshops are shady and overpriced...took me a few years to find one that has really sweet bubblers for under 60$...and theyre not anything basic. Theyre pretty big and ornate.

If i had to get one on Grasscity.com in the 40-80$ range i would either get this one:

http://www.grasscity.com/fummed-hammer-bubbler.html

Or this one:

http://www.grasscity.com/fumed-hammer-bubbler.html

You might notice that they're similar in style and color.

I love hammer bubblers, and im a fan of blue fuming/stripes. Im also a fan of simplicity...Im not into all that fancy "Heady" stuff with tons of horns, and warts, and crazy elaborate shit...

Wow I like that style a lot. Fairly priced as well. I didnt have any problems buying a bong from them and having it shipped here.

uhhh another quick question.. What's everyones favorite type of bubbler? I've only seen a Sherlock. I don't really know about hammers and sidecars. It's also important that I can keep it discrete, lile fit it in a sunglass case or some other small container

Ooh...you're not gonna be able to get a waterpipe thats concealable in a small case.

At least not one thats worth buying...There are really small bongs...theyre cheap...but theyre cheap.

As for styles...Im a fan of anything that can rest on a flat surface. Mostly Hammers and Sherlocks. I cant stand the look of lazy bubblers or sidecars.

I like clean lines and blue hues.

you might have a hard time to find one online for $50.... just go all out and take good care of it and keep it forever.... GO with a Luke Wilson piece, he is changing the scientific glass game imo
