My Chem Dawg sporuted and hasbeen growing its two leafs in a wierd tilt, Is this normal? Is my plant trying to flower on me? [Small seedling]

I got those seeds from a bag from a local drug dealer and I know they come from Cartels which They [Cartels] get their weed from deep mexico so Im positive they could be pure indica?
