Is it bad to brush your teeth before toking

Fluoride destroys THC, so you should NOT brush your teeth prior to toking.

I heard this and read around for years. Something about the fluoride destroying the THC. True?
Or is it a urban legend? Because I usually don't brush my teeth because of this fear.
Any truth to it?

makes absolutely no sense to me at all.. first of all, the thc is going to be in the smoke.. how much of that smoke is going to touch your teeth at any given time to kill thc even if this were possible?? not very much imvho.
brush your teeth, your gf will thank you for it.. :D

Honestly, it's the opposite. Where did you hear this bollocks?

Brushing your teeth cleans any build-up off the tongue and throat to some degree... so if you're a regular smoker you'll actually get a better absorption post-brush.

If you have a fear that makes you not brush your teeth, thus allowing susceptibility to infection, abscess and death, because you're fearful of not getting enough THC you may have a problem.
I would recommend smoking something better than schwag, and to start using antiseptic mouthwash with regular brushing of whatever teeth you may have left.

your probly going to lose your teeth anyway so why waste time brushing if its going to be a buzz wrecker. let the thc pass the teeth and into your lungs.

really brush your teeth. you dont want to be eating your steak from a blender. imagine all the work for the dentist. he wont want to pull it, just grind it down and throw on a crown. hey now you have crowns and no need to brush, but your tooth holding the crown starts to get soft and lets try bridge work. eventually that wont hold and its surgery, getting post and crowns.

id rather brush and smoke a little more.

i never heard of that but i like to brush after smoking. it seems like the crud on my teeth would protect them from the smoke, and then i can brush the crud off. it makes me feel better.
