Is it legal to accept payapl for donations and mail seeds?

I was looking on budtrader.com and saw people were mailing seeds and accepting the donations through paypal. Is this safe at all? Is it legal? Cause I have a lot of beans I need to get rid of and was kind of sketch on the whole idea. I do have my cannibas card here in california.

Ask your dispensary if they would be kind enough to direct you to one of their suppliers/growers and see if they need seeds, or they in turn might know someone who does... They do need to be good quality seeds though...

Anything on the net is totally traceable....

No it is not legal because you would still be trafficing marijuana. Seeds are considered marijuana.
