Is it possible to wire a panasonic whisperlite so that it plugs into a wall?

The panasonic whisperlite doesn't look like it comes with a wire that plugs into an outlet it says the it "must be hardwired to a powersource".
Im really bad at mechanical stuff so ill most likely just pay an electrician to do it. What do you guys think? How do you do it, it is even possible? Easy or hard?

I don't think it gets much easier than this...

Its setup for a hard wire into a circuit. You could just cut an extension cord, get your self a couple of wire nuts, and maybe a piece of electrical tape, and good to go.
