Hi!!

i am 42 days into my second grow, easyrider autoflower in RDWC system.

i have problems in one of my plants, the weaker one.

i don't think it's something with nutes disorder. my guess is that it's spider mites or some other kind of pests.

can someone confirm my suspicious? i have no experiance in thet....

thanks for any help

Yes, spider mites. The best shit I have ever used is by a company called Sierra natural science, the product is called sns217. They also have Sns209 I use the 209 every grow, you add it to your rez or soil and the plant uptakes and spider mites hate the taste. Its amazing and doesn't affect the plant at all!

marc88101 thank you for the quick answer!!

i am doing RDWC, so i can add averything i want directly to the res.

i will order that product, do you have any tips of how to use it? what ratio per galon in the res?

i am not in the US, so it will take at least two weeks to arrive. but i have Access to neam oil, can i also add it to the res or just spray it?

and if i use it in the res, will it kill beneficial bacteria? (i am using heisenberg tea)
it will be worth it, i can replace the bennies easy.

thanks again!!

No problem man, i'm not sure about the good benies. You can call them and they have great customer service, they will answer all your questions. Good luck....the 217 is a spray, it makes the mites look like they went through a nuclear war, is amazing! I used that to kill them on the spot, then I added the 209 to my rez and since adding the 209 I have never seen anything, no bugs at all. Its a barrier against everything, root aphids, mites, Thripe, the stuff is insane, and is all natural so it didn't hurt the plant or affect yield whatsoever. Its unreal!

Look at calcium def pics..

mate, it's unlikly to be cal def. i use RO water, and GHE flora serias, soft water formula.

the 'micro' bottle has 7% calcium in it, and the PH is perfect - from 6.1 drops in 24 hours to 5.5, and then i corect it. temps are 74-79 F, so shouldn't be an uptake problem.

3 plants on the same res, only one plant has it.

but i chacked with microscop and didn't see anything moving in there, so i want to be sure.

thanks anywey!!

so the 217 is a spray, and the 209 is for roots uptake?

how far into budding can i use it in the water?
and any tip about ratio to galons?

thanks!

What I did when I saw the mites, I was about 1 week from flower cycle so I sprayed with the 217. Then after a week of flower I was worried about them coming back so I started using the 209. The last 2 Weeks of flower I didn't use it all because it stays in the plant for about 10-14 days. You can't smell it, or taste it at all. I spoke to the guy who invented it and he gave me those tips. Its so good around Cali its actually hard to get. Its really the only barrier for cannabis plants on the market. I don't grow without now, it gives me peace of mind knowing I will NOT get bugs.

You can download the directions from the website. I'm in between grows and can't find the empty bottle. I'm sure I tossed it...

move over nasty oils, mighty wash by npk industries but say, that doesn't look like mite damage to me either.

order a scope too. there is no guess work when you can inspect the bottom of the leaves yourself.

actually if your eyesight is good enough you can see mites and their eggs with the naked eye( I can't personally but my kid can, he's of age and carded too btw). he lies on the floor under the plants and looks up towards the light. wish I could see like that again.

Mighty wash is good for sure, its no sns217 though IMO. When I had mites that was exactly what my leaves looked like. Without the plants in my face and a glass I can only go off what I have seen in the past. The only other thing I can think of would be burning From some kind of water or nute splash, but I would expect the grower to know the difference.

Rosemary oil, some water and a surfactant, you may as well be spraying purespray green which is bunches cheaper. although maybe the rosemary oil does more than suffocate like most oils other than neem (which interrupts a hormone in the little bastards) , most oils work by suffocation alone.

the means on application is very important I'm finding, I use an airless paint sprayer with most everything I spray, mighty wash late in flower, pyganic or azamax early on. gonna go the forbid route as soon as I put 3 bills together that isn't already spoken for :/
3 bills for 8 ozs, it better work well.
