i've top dressed a couple times with powdered dolomite. i don't feel right about it though. after i water it looks like it mostly seeped in but i can never know how thoroughly mixed in it is. when i'm in your situation i use liquid lime 1 tablespoon per gallon and water with that.

I have epsoma garden lime can I make liquid lime with that and is it a 1 time watering???
Top dress with it, it will dissolve with the first/second watering, no problem.

The Espoma is powdered lime, shaped into pellets with a quick dissolving binder. 2tbl/gallon of mix as a top dress will get you where you need to go.

No, 2tbl is not too much. I use that amount mixed in, or top dress.

It's hard to over apply lime, but you can certainly under apply it.

If it makes you feel better to do the 1tbl, do that and see what happens. It might be enough, you might need more.

Using it is the main thing and your plants will let you know if the amount is right, it's not set in (lime) stone. LOL

IDK, I've never grown autos. But, I would guess it would react like any other mj plant to a proper soil pH.
