is locked grow tent legal under colorado amendment 64

hey everyone,
to my fellow growers here in colorado does anyone know if a grow tent with the zippers locked to each other so they can't be opened satisfy this clause "PROVIDED THAT THE GROWING TAKES PLACE IN AN ENCLOSED, LOCKED SPACE, IS NOT CONDUCTED OPENLY OR PUBLICLY, AND IS NOT MADE AVAILABLE FOR SALE."? I have already grown 3 harvests here in a locked bedroom but I need to free up the room. anyone know? I mean it's a locked tent but I feel it could be Farley easy accessed with a knife. But I guess a axe to the door would be the same way.

I'm not sure but don't take chances. Frame a wall across the room. 2x4s are as cheap as $1 a piece, sheetrock is fairly cheap, and a door and frame can be found at your local thrift store for 80 bucks. 100 percent legal if your ever checked. And ypou don't have the stress of "what if"

Or just call the local police and ASK them. Its not like your doing anything wrong. (Lucky bastatd)

Thank you for the quick reply. I will probably contact local law enforcement if unless someone know if it is in fact legal. Defidently and option though. The area I plan to move it to is smaller area that would be difficult to accommodate dwc bucket removal for swapping out every 2 weeks with additional wall space. Also my scrog is 5x5

I think your home would count as a locker space, especially if you lock all the doors and windows.

I was thinking the same thing.

This is how it is commercially is it not? I think being inside a locked up house would qualify, especially if nothing is visible from the outside (the most important part)

inside your house not visible to the public and your fine.

Locked house is how I've been growing but I have friends moving in next couple weeks that are under 21.

In your house is fine.

The wording is more for outdoor - it can't be publicly visible and your yard/grow area needs to have a fence and lock.

Locked inside the home pertains to whether there are minors in the home. It's not about losin your plants it's about losin your kids

your new room mates are under 21, no biggie if they are 18 or over ?

If the are under 18 lock it up

They are over 18 but under 21. I didn't see where it said they could have acess
