Does this mean it is ready for 12/12?
And is this the proper lighting that i will need?
The plant is showing pre-flowers and alternating nodes - she is sexually mature and can be placed under 12/12 lighting, or you can veg (@ 18/6) for as long as you like (space dependent of course). Keep in mind the plant will get roughly 1/3 larger during the stretch after you go to a flowering sked.

That lighting works great for vegging plants and keeping mothers, but is hardly optimal for flower.
Can you get your hands on an HPS lamp? That would be my choice.

How will my buds suffer if this is the only lights i can get my hands on except for f20/t12 daylight bulbs

Under that lighting typically the buds are light and airy with a much reduced yield - if you have to use that type, try and get your hands on a couple more fixtures.
All together i have 5 bulbs. Two 4 foot and three 2 foot bulbs. Three fixtures in all. 2- 2x2 and 1-1x1 for one plant

And I'd add a couple more if you can afford it.
Light = Bud
I have a few more fixtures they just need to be wired up. I will work on getting that done and stay in 18/6 for a few more days toll i can get more light!!! thank you. You have been an awesome help. This has been my very first try at growing. I started with two mystery seeds. One didnt make it. i was lucky and got a female out of the other.
i am not expecting any significant amount of yield as i know ive made plenty of mistakes mainly not having the proper equipment. I believe though my next attempt will be more successful. I am going to be better prepared!!
Thanks again!!

Amazon has cheap small hps lights. And usually its between 55-70 days in the flower stage until the tricombs are ripe for the pickin.
