Is one 26 watt 10.0 uvb bulb enough for one plant?

I don't get the 10.0 uvb bulb.....ultraviolet, I'm assuming.
Regardless, I have had a clone, which is now a foot tall, under only a 26 watt cfl the majority of the time. So long as you are only vegging and keeping light at 18 hours, it won't destroy it.
Don't ever attempt to flower with that kind of light though.

i wouldnt recommend it...i have one of those bulbs in with all my other ones on a flowering plant and the firsth thing i noticed was how little light it actually puts off in comparison to all the other ones...

It should be ok just to get a seedling started on a 24/7 grow but get some more lights as soon as you can.
