I's panda film poly film mylar whichever is top line right now w
Good for my room if the walls are a puke green lol trying to get it as bright as possible

panda film is fine,
white paint is a lot cheaper and very effective. (what I would do)
Mylar, imo, is crap, tares easy, hard to clean, and any dirt or wrinkle can really hinder the reflectivity, plus most aren't light proof.

Ya I really really wanted to paint but that's not an option guess I'll try and find some cheap panda film

If you set up correctly there is minimal light bouncing off the wall anyway.
I actually only figured out a few minutes ago why one zone in my grow room had much better growth despite getting the same food and the same light from above.
We are running the COBs just a bit too close, in the corner these plants are, they have dark wood on the one side, and black plastic on the other reducing the amount reflecting back from the corner... If you put on film, do it properly so moisture cannot get behind it, unless you feel like remodeling.

I use orca film in my rooms it works very well better than most I've used in the past
