Is Possible ;; Aero Garden Thing / Home Garden Thing

has anyone ever tried growing in an AeroGarden thingy its like

The upper growing chamber fits into the reservoir, partially submerging the grow rocks. A full-length airstone and external air pump continuously supply oxygen to the reservoir. Capillary matting surrounds the grow rocks to keep the growing medium moist and help deliver nutrient-rich water to the starter cubes on top of the system.

id suggest you save yourself the 350 and build a hydro kit

Here is what I built for about $100. Add $50 for the timer.

Good if you don't wanna build or find a cheaper one. Stand behind it alot. But would say build your own with a bigger pot. Hydro is the way ta grow

The aerogarden is not for growing weed. there is a thread of people who are hardheaded and dont take advice well and keep trying to use them and get a great quarter for 3 months of time and make tons of mods on it. Looking for a cheap aero setup pm me.

I know this is an old post but... I picked up a Hydrofarm Home Garden on clearance for $50. I used it only for my two mothers, one on each side. I picked it up yesterday so after a few days of transplant recovery I will post some pics and I'll follow up with somemore down the road. The system is simple and can hold nearly 2 gallons in it res and each pot (theres two) can hold almost 5 liters of growing medium. Enough Geolite was included. For a small set-up its just about worth it... If you wanted something bigger like the Megafarm I'm sure its worth buying the tote, pumps, ect. to make your own. or especially an EZ-Cloner. For the money and what I needed this is great!
