go to walmart and look at them, i have a omnifilter, it's not any better or worse than the rest of them, it filters out 99.9 % of the chlorine and other bs, a carbon filter is all it is.

Alrighty... thanks wiseguy I found the report but dont quite know what to make of it! There were a couple more #'s but hopefully someone can tell me Im good just bubbling! I dont have an idea what these measurements are in, PPM i think!
Chloramines =0.07 - 2.18
Flouride=0.63 - 0.65
Chlorine Dioxide= 0 - 26
Chloride= 18 - 27
Hardness= 90 - 154
Sodium= 12 - 16
You are WAAAAY over thinking and over stressing this too much.

Drops for aquariums will take care of chloramines and the biggest thing on a water report is the hardness. Under 200 and you are GTG. @154 max, you're good.

AFA 'Living Organics' go, RO and Distilled water are *dead* and aren't the best thing to happen. Hydro, yes. Not organic soil.

Pick up something like Am-Quell or similar, 1 drop/gallon of water. Tropical fish are much more sensitive than mj plants, and if this stuff makes the water safe for them ............

lol...thanks wet dog. Its good to know that I'm over thinking things a bit. Its just my first go on the organics tip and didn't wanna screw up on something as simple as water. My last grow was using Pure Blend Pro and FFOF and the results were quite impressive I must say. But the smoke wasn't the best, and I flushed for 2 1/2 weeks. But friends keep telling me that I've never had the best until I tried the 100% organic route, hence I'm giving it a go.
I like the ease of hardly having to give nutrients, just a couple of teas. And since I grow autoflowers, (I know a lot of ppl here dont like them, but they're perfect for me:) I figure I wont need any other nutrients, then those in my soil. Smoking in 2 months. bongsmilie

Im going to look into some of these Am-Quell drops for sure tho man. Thanks for the input, much appreciated!

NO. R.O water isnt needed. and in my opinion, is more myth than fact as to the whys of using it impo. i use well water.

its pretty decent well water mind you, but well water non the less.

I PHd it Once when i started my 1st ever grow, to get an idea where it was. it was around 6.4, and ran about 300 ppm TDS. i didnt get a defined test to see what TDS percentages i have. atleast not since i put the well in 20 yrs ago.

you can use RO, but MN doenst RO her water, and most plant life seems to do just fine from MNs care.
