is starting seeds june 1st enough time for september finish?

hey guys i was wondering if starting seeds in late may early june was enough time for a september finish I'm at 41degrees lat the strains are september finishers

i'm at 40N and start seeds indoors about mid March so plants are 18-24" when i put them out end of May.

Start them now indoors, transplant outside around memorial day weekend or the first weekend of June. I'm at 42deg, they should start flowering sometime late July/early Aug and be done around end of Sept. depending on the strains. Anything I've grown with more than 25% sativa usually goes up to the second week of Oct, I've had some stuff go all the way to Halloween just for it to ripen.
