Is there a time that can be controlled in seconds??

so i am trying to find a timer that can be controlled in seconds rather than minutes. i want to water my seedling automatically but i only need the timer to be on for 10 seconds. also i am setting up a micro sprayer jet in my clone box to water the clones without me being there but i only want it on 10-15 seconds a couple of times a day..anyone know where to get one or how to diy?

I have the timer that is shown on this page. they came with a lot of pet feeders I bought. they controll in seconds, minutes, hours, and days. really great timer! with up to like...10 or something programmes!

Man get you a good timer that's made for hydro. Here's what I have and it's cheaper than the one for dog food. BTW, I found you the best price on the net too. They range from $70 to $105.
