First, EVERY site EXCEPT James bean and dcseedexchange only tell you the name of the seed. Thats it. NO info about strenghth, about yield, about how tall they grow,etc. Its like a scratch off ticket and all you can do is HOPE its what you want and need! The other two had great descriptions about their seeds. BUT, the MAJOR issue with ALL the seedbanks you recommended is THEY WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY STATE THAT IS NOT RECREATIONAL OR MEDICAL! So, people that live in the stupid idiotic states that keep cannabis illegal are SOL.
So lets try this again:

Are there any good seed banks with feminized seeds that will send to a state in the US that's NOT a recreational or medical state and that will give you a description of what your getting?? With THC levels 20% or better?
