Is this 600watt reflector too big for a 4x4 room?

Hey guys, I ran into a problem when setting up my first grow and grow room tent. I bought a Magnum XXXL 6" today, because I wanted the biggest 6" 600 watt reflector that I could get to fit in my 4x4 tent, to lay down more light. The bad thing is, I didn't account for the reducers' length, plus the duct length on the reducer, so my light is not going to be totally centered because of this. So do you think the plants will be affected much, or will I be fine? There is some slack on each wall of the tent, so it can be pushed or held out if I want to rest the duct completely on it, but even then it'll be offcentered and the other hole in the reflector will touch the other side of the tent, possibly sucking the fabric of the tent into the hole, when the inline fan is on. I really like this reflector and wanna try and keep it. Should I buy a 5x5 tent instead, or will I then need a 1000watt light?

What do you guys recommend I do?

Here's some pics:

I am thinking about doing this, to keep the reflector on the open end from be right up against the fabric and sucking it when the fan is on. I figure, that if I measure the added length on the side with the reducer and duct attached to it, then make an adapter the same length, like in the pic, then it'll push the fabric out, the same length as the other side, and it'll be centered again. Plus, it'll be exactly as shown and won't compromise the air flow, so it'll still be about to cool off the reflector.

Would do yall think?

putting your light at an angle will not do anything bad. you could also use a small piece of 6" flexible ducting to move the reducer and shorten the overall length, this may reduce airflow but tst it and see if the temps are bearable.

Wow!! I'm putting one of those in my DR120 in a few weeks and I had no idea it was that big. My set up will go directly into 6" ducting so I should be ok without the reducer. Good luck, you might want to upgrade your fan instead of the tent, bigger tent means bigger fan anyway....
