Is this a seed?

7 weeks into flower, I noticed this coming in. Does not look like a normal calyx.

Is this a seed growing? I could only find 2 visible sites like this. Have never had hermie or seeds before so I'm not sure what it looks like.

Strain is Purple Dream from Greenpoint Seeds.

I have been hearing bad things about the "Purple Punch" lineage lately, I was afraid of this.
