Hi everyone,

Basically, I was wondering if this is a suitable closet to grow marijuana in?
- IT IS BUILT INTO THE WALL.

(PICTURES INCLUDED AT BOTTOM OF PAGE)

(I want ONE plant for personal, medical reasons)

It is --- 1.2 feet wide, 5.8 feet tall and 2 feet deep. ---

(Obviously, all the crap will be moved out of it.)

A FEW MORE QUESTIONS:

1) Should I use tin foil to line the walls OR flat white paint?
2) Will the odor be really noticeable? (I live with my parents).
3) I was planning to use an old lamp electrical wiring, with a 20watt energy saving compact fluorescent bulb. Will this be okay for the purposes?
4) The strain I plan to use is - "The Church ( Feminised). Is this suitable for my purposes?
5) Will I need a fan, etc...? Are they completely necessary?

whats up? first off if your talking about about "the cruch" from greenhouse then you need to realize that it is going to be a big stinky plant. It is recommended that you use atleast a 3x3 space but you can always grow your plant around you needs. Your hight could or could not work just take into account that there is going to be about 6-12 inches for the bucket 6 inches for a hid reflector or like 2 inches for clfs and the top of the plant needs to be from 6-18 inches from the light. Do not use tin foil to line the walls use white paint. Tin foil makes hotspots. Yes the odor will be noticable. You can use carbon filters with inline fans to control the smell. A flowering plant is recommended to have atleast 100w. So you need to buy as many as it takes to get atleast 100w.Remember blue for veg and red for flowering. Yes you should use a fan to blow on the plants to harden them up and a fan to carry air into your area. You might also need a fan to blow on the lights to keep them cool so you can lower them as close as possible. If you decide to use the carbon filter for odor you will not need an exaust fan. Fans pull better than they push and i recommend getting a fan that is atleast twice the cfm of your area.(wxdxh)x2)

hope that helps
take it easy

I think that space will work fine for 1 plant. your biggest concern should be getting a good ventilation/odor control system in place, with out one you will def be able to smell it from a good distance away. Good luck

also if you care, you can post your pics right on the page by coping and pasting the IMG code thats on the bottom right of your photbucket page, like this
