can anyone tell me what these lil white bumps are and if there bad?

no not the perlite in the soil there on the stem and hard

my plant has little bumps like this right at the base of the stalk like yours im not sure what they are tho but shes still healthy as hell 45 days into flowering

Have you tried to wipe one off with a fingertip and see what happens? If so what came off or didn’t come off and if anything came off what was it like? yea i know the pictures suck and my cameras batteries are dead. there growing out of the stem i broke one off and it took a lil piece of the stem with it. so now theres a little indent were i broke it off
